Ainsley joined the Sea Cadet program March 1996 as a Seaman Recruit. As a cadet she worked her way up to Petty Officer 2nd Class where in October 1998 she transferred into the Midshipman program.

She joined the Aegis division June of 2004 and was promoted to her current rank in September of 2004.

As a cadet she went to recruit orientation right here at Fort Dix. After her initial training that all Sea Cadets have to take, she participated in other trainings including a week on the USS Trenton, a host cadet for International Exchange USA, Staffed both Sea Cadet and League Cadet orientation trainings, went through POLA, and worked several Air Shows at JRB Willow Grove.

As an officer she continued to staff both League Cadet at Sea Cadet orientations as well as staff NLCC Advanced Trainings.

Her personal goal for each cadet in the program is to realize their potential and to make the most out of the program.

Outside of the Sea Cadet program her job is being a Group Sales Manager for the Children’s Department at the Northeast Macy’s (Starwbridge’s).
