The Plan of the Month is an official document of AEGIS. Its contents reflect current orders of the Commanding Officer and official unit announcements. All Division personnel are responsible for
reading and understanding the information contained herein. Parents and guardians of Cadets are encouraged to read the Plan of the Month and to make note of meeting days and special announcements that may affect personal schedules.

NOTES

  1. FEES – Fees must be paid in CHECK or MONEY ORDER ONLY and turned in at the beginning of each drill weekend. Cash will not be accepted, for everyone’s protection.

  2. PT GEAR – Appropriate PT GEAR is required. Check the WEATHER!!!

  3. CANTEEN AND BELT ARE REQUIRED.

  4. ATTENDANCE REMINDER – You must inform your squad leader ASAP prior to drill whether or not you will be attending this month’s drill.

  5. TRAINING – All Cadets, including cadet staff, will participate in ALL training. The only person who is excused is the watchstander.

  6. ID CARDS – You are required to have your ID card on your person at all times. If your ID is lost or damaged, you must request a new ID card through the chain of command as soon as you realize that the ID is lost or damaged. Check your ID card every week! ID cards cannot be obtained
    quickly!!!!!

  7. CLEANUP – Division Officers will assign details for cleanup and NO ONE leaves until their detail has completed their tasks.

  8. COURSEWORK – All courses can be turned in at drill to the division officers or by mail or e-mail to the training officer directly for grading and advancement.

  9. UNIFORMS – Supply Time will be available on Sunday morning. Please know exactly what you need and ask for it!

  10. TESTING – You must request your tests when you report on Friday evening. The following cadets are eligible to test:

TAYLOR – NLCC Part I; DUBITSKY – NLCC Part I; MCCANTS – NLCC Part I; MARCAVAGE – NLCC Part I; FORTENBERRY – NLCC Part I; BURRIS – NLCC Part I
